Who Can Join EADPH?
EADPH welcomes anyone passionate about dental (or oral) public health and community dentistry. Our community is open to health professionals (dentists, dental hygienists, doctors, pharmacists, etc.) and to experts and researchers involved in the public health field (statisticians, health economists, epidemiologists, educators, social workers …). If you share our mission and want to contribute to improving oral health in communities, we’d love to have you on board!
How to Become a member?
Joining EADPH is simple:
- Fill out the membership form below.
- Pay the annual membership fee.
Membership Fees (per calendar year):
Standard EADPH Fee: €95 (2026 fees)
Reduced EADPH Fee: €50
Available for members from countries with a per capita GNP under €19,000 (World Bank/Atlas Method), retirees, and full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students not in employment.
Subsidized Fee, €65, supported by the Borrow Foundation, are available for European members from low-income countries (GNI up to $19,000).
Joint EADPH/BASCD Membership: Standard €120 and reduced €70 for eligible members, for non-UK citizens

Why join EADPH?
- The reduction in early registration fees for the EADPH Congress for members covers the cost of annual membership. If you attend the congress, then membership is already cost-saving
- Membership includes access to the journal: Community Dental Health
- Online webinars from both Special Interest Groups and more general EADPH webinars are exclusively for EADPH members
- EADPH members are exclusively able to apply for travel grants for EU-members (via Borrow foundation, Colgate) and for non-EU members (Haleon)
- Our Special Interest Groups represent the main ongoing work of EADPH, and our Special Interest Groups are exclusively for EADPH members
- Joint membership with the British Association for the Study of Community Dentistry (BASCD) is possible
- The annual Congress offers the opportunity to present your research to an international audience, with abstracts published in our citable journal – abstract submission and presenting at the conference is also only available to EADPH members
- Members can also access the member only areas of the website which includes recordings of previously webinars and other member only content
Non-member benefits
- Our social media accounts remain public and contain relevant information for anyone working around Dental Public Health (note that whilst we use these to promote our webinars and other member benefits, the links to webinars are sent exclusively by email to EADPH members)
- Non-members are welcome to register for the annual Congress (but note that the non-member registration cost is higher than the combined membership cost of registration and annual membership. Moreover, abstract submission and presenting at the conference is also only available to EADPH members)
